 Proactive Time Management

 Time Management
"If only I had more time..." is everyone's wish. The fact is: We all have an equal daily ration of time each day. - no more and no less than anyone else - 24 hours each day, 168 hours each week.

The average person works about 1600 hours a year. That means each wasted hour cost about $6.25 for someone making $10,000 a year. And as salary goes up, so does the cost of wasted time.

This workshop will show you how to use time better, not how to get more. It will show you how to take better control of your own life and make the most of your potential.

Objective
At the end of the workshop,
participants will be able to :

  • Organize their time in order to achieve their goals both at work and at home.
  • Realize their strengths and organize work around them.
  • Define their goals and key areas within which they have to spend their time in order to reach their goals.
  • Remove obstacles and inhibitions which keep them from doing what they want to do.
  • Improve their communication skills
  • Set priorities to concentrate on things which matter - the right things, the things which produce results.
  Who Should Attend
Managers, Executives, Team Leaders and anyone wishing to get more out of life and to get more done in the time they have available.
