In the current turbulent economic times and uncertain business conditions, coaching has emerged as one of the most critical leadership competencies for any executive.
More than ever, leaders need to know how to maximize the potential in their employees, while motivating them to improve business results. Coaching is the art of developing and enabling others to succeed and helping them adapt to changing organizational needs.
This action-oriented program provides a foundation to further your effectiveness in setting a direction, instilling hope, and re-establishing or developing trust. Importantly, you will have an opportunity to apply these principles toward your current day-to-day leadership challenges.

Group Coaching & One-on-One
Coaching Follow-through: Coaching is not simply about teaching skills and techniques, but focuses on how to apply practical, everyday skills to make someone a better manager and leader.
The group coaching or one-on-one coaching sessions enable participants to safely explore possibilities for change. It is an atmosphere that is conducive to open dialogue and problem solving. The coaching relationship is a designed alliance; one that offers leaders the feedback necessary to build cohesion, sharpen critical management skills, enhance their interpersonal style and communication skills, and to strengthen the leader's sense of being valued.
The follow-through coaching process is instrumental in ensuring the successful implementation of an Action Plan, modification of the plan as needed to overcome potential blocks, and to assist with the ongoing development of the manager.
We have found that without ongoing coaching the manager is significantly less likely to continue to successfully put into practice the Action Plan due to time constraints, road blocks they encounter, decreased accountability and circumstances outside of their control. The Action Plan simply becomes one more task they must do to satisfy someone else's need.
Program Duration 2 Days workshop followed by optional group coaching or personal
one-on-one coaching customized to the needs of the participants.
