He is the 1st Vice President of the International Coach Federation, Singapore Chapter and a founding member of the International Association of Coaches. He has represented Singapore’s coaching community at international coaching conferences in Australia, Canada, Europe and USA. He graduated from Coach University, Corporate Coach University, Coachville and the Academy of Solution-Focused Training. He is accredited by the International Coach Federation as an Associate Certified Coach and is a Certified Solutions Focused Practitioner and a Certified Behavioral Consultant. He is qualified to administer the OPQ32, DISC and Extended DISC instruments.
