 Executive Performance Coaching

Performance is the challenge that confronts every business executive every day. Dealing with competition, dealing with corporate stakeholders, dealing with the organization, and dealing with the future are all part of the executive's mission.

"How am I doing and how can I get to the next level of excellence?" are the questions executives ask themselves frequently, yet are often at a loss to know how to answer.

 Program Includes

TrainPRO believes that coaching executives for performance necessarily requires custom-designed one-on-one programs.
Typically these would involve regular confidential sessions on a weekly or bi-weekly basis over a period of at least three months. As appropriate, such programs could include specific 360-degree assessments, development of individual performance goals & objectives, and follow-up evaluation.
